Ginika Catherine Ugoji is the General Manager, Business Development at Irvin Global and Investment Limited. She is a goal oriented and result driven achiever with over 7years of vast experience in the financial world. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Madonna University and Certification in Superior Customer Delight with creativity, Innovation and Team Building. She started her career in 2008 as a Personal Banker in Diamond Bank now known as Access Bank. She has since then moved up the ladder through hard work and resilience.
