He started his banking career with the defunct Oceanic Bank plc where he was relationship manager between 2009 to 2010. He later joined Diamond Bank plc as a sales representative between 2010 to 2011. In 2011 he joined Skye Bank plc as the regional coordinator electronic banking group Abuja and North-central region where he pioneered the Central Bank of Nigeria cashless economy drive. Thus being the earliest to deploy Point of Sales terminals (POS ) and other electronic banking solutions in the Northern and North-central Nigeria. Deploying over 15,000 POS terminals and over 5 thousands Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs).
