Miss Jane Osawe is the General Manager, Human Capital Management.

Miss Jane Osawe holds a B.Sc. in Economics with over nine years of progressive experience in customer experience optimization and strategic people management.

Upon joining Irvin Global and Investment Group as the Human Capital Management Officer, she spearheaded strategic recruitment initiatives, implemented structured onboarding programs and introduced performance management systems that strengthened team productivity and alignment.

Miss Osawe is widely recognized for her ability to blend empathy with strategic insight, champion continuous improvement, and align talent strategies with business objectives.

In her capacity as General Manager,Human Capital Management, she will be responsible for driving the Group’s human capital vision, shaping culture, and championing policies that support productivity and staff wellbeing.
